The winner of the Hot Wheels Legends Tour Houston, Texas stop may be small, but it packs a punch.
The 1957 BMW Isetta started as a scrap pile until Mikey Brown put 80 days into design, engineering, bodywork, fabrication, paint, upholstery, and assembly to create his RV-inspired new build. The Isetta, nicknamed “RV” in honor of its inspiration, also stands for Redemption Vehicle. RV is fully functional as a usable camper, which Brown uses to take his kids exploring.
The Hot Wheels Legends Tour Houston stop features more than 110 other vehicles, with more than 6,000 Hot Wheels fans stopping by to check out the event, which took place at a Walmart in Tomball, Texas.
There are only two more stops on the Hot Wheels Legends Tour before the Semi-Finals in November, including one in Phoenix, Arizona, and one at Mattel’s headquarters in El Segundo, California.
