The Ryan’s World movie soundtrack from Republic Records: Kids & Family has been unveiled.
The centerpiece of the soundtrack for Ryan’s World The Movie: Titan Universe Adventure is a cover of Imagine Dragons’ song “Thunder,” executed by the Grammy-winning vocal group Pentatonix. Other musicians and musical groups featured on the soundtrack include Quai Quai, Miles Music Kid, and The Rock and Roll Play Playhouse.
“Ryan has pioneered several firsts in the creator economy: first creator to have a mass toy line, first creator to have an Emmy nominated TV series, first creator to have a balloon in the Macy’s parade, and now starring in the first wide release of a theatrical movie based on a YouTube creator brand,” says Republic Records: Kids & Family Senior Vice President Bree Bowles. “To be able to create the music as icing on top of this cake with such incredible talent is a true honor.”
The Ryan’s World movie, which hits theaters on Aug. 16, follows Ryan’s quest to save his two twin sisters after they get sucked into a magical comic book.
The soundtrack is available for pre-order, while the Pentatonix’s cover of “Thunder” is out now. Learn more about the soundtrack and the YouTube star’s feature film debut on the Ryan’s World website.
