Elf Labs has named Alyse Rosenberg as its new Senior Vice President of Content ahead of the transmedia company’s first full animated series premiere.
Elf Labs is an IP studio with a variety of entertainment offerings. Included in the company’s portfolio is the Junior Elf book catalog, which features classic characters. Elf Labs’ upcoming animated series RoboStars takes well-known characters such as Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Pinocchio, and reimagines them as robots. In her new role, Rosenberg will head the Content Division, working with Mike De Seve, Head of Kids Content.
We need leaders who have shaped the industry, but share our vision as to what is possible in this new era. Alyse brings decades of industry-transforming experience and robust creative insight to our team.
Rosenberg boasts a rich background of entertainment credits. She helped create, write, direct, and executive produce the series Ready or Not (Showtime/Disney Channel). She also worked on Braceface (ABC Family), Little Bear (CBC/Nickelodeon), Harriet the Spy (Protocol Entertainment/Discovery), and more.
Rosenberg additionally founded The Coachworks Studio, a company focused on consulting services in entertainment as well as youth career coaching.
“Elf Labs is at the forefront of animation, contemporary storytelling, and technology-powered content distribution. This company is the natural next stage of the industry and of my career,” says Rosenberg. “I am grateful to join its star-studded team, and beyond excited to be working with such an incredible character IP portfolio to modernize favorite and familiar faces for all audiences.”
