Following Anthony Edwards' reveal of the new adidas AE1 Low which he debuted in the first game of the 2024 NBA Playoffs, the shoes have garnered a lot of attention amongst fans. Kicking off the release, the basketball shoe is arriving in a "Mural" colorway later this summer.
The AE1 Low model boasts a lighter and more cushioned iteration than the previous AE1 model. The upcoming colorway sees the shoe hit with a sleek, classic black knit upper bootie that features a mural-tinted TPU support cage for added breathability. The honeycomb pattern is meant to enhance airflow. A nod to Edwards, his AE initials are personalized on the woven tongue tag while adidas' iconic Three Stripes logo is seen on the heel. The midsole is constructed with Boost and Lightstrike technologies, adding to the lightweight cushioning of the basketball shoe.
Look out for the official release of the adidas AE1 Low "Mural" arriving in August 2024 at select retailers and online at adidas for $110 USD.
