Update: After a couple of VERDY-designed SB Dunk Low colorways hit the net earlier this year, we caught a look at his take on Ishod Wair's new SB Ishod 2. Donning the same "VISTY" theme as one of the SB Dunk Lows, it is covered in bright pastel hues. Absent of VISTY appearing at the exterior, the character instead is skating at the sockliner while the tongue branding has been rearranged to read "ISHOD" at the left shoe and "VERDY" at the right shoe. Release is expected to go down later this year alongside the aforementioned SB Dunk Low so stay tuned for more updates and review our initial breakdown below for more info.
Original Story: VERDY and Nike SB are preparing for an exciting year. Working together again after doing so via VERDY's Wasted Youth and Girls Don't Cry labels in previous years, a new collaborative take on the SB Dunk Low was recently revealed by the designer as an homage to his character VISTY. Just days later, it was leaked that a VICK-themed SB Dunk Low was being readied as well. Now, a "VISTY" colorway of the Nike SB Ishod 2 has appeared.
Taking on Ishod Wair's second signature shoe, VISTY's pastel hues have covered the skate-ready sneaker. Hits of light green, blue, pink and yellow combine across the mixed material build that leverages suede, mesh and leather throughout. While a complete preview of the pair has not been shared, "VERDY" branding can be spotted at the side of the right shoe's tongue.
At the time of writing, neither VERDY nor Nike SB have shared any release details regarding both this "VISTY"-themed SB Ishod 2 pair and the duo's upcoming SB Dunk Low launches. Stay tuned for updates, including official imagery, as we expect all three pairs to land on shelves sometime this summer via Nike SNKRS and select skate shops.
