Lovevery is voluntarily recalling more than 40,000 Slide & Seek Ball Runs sold last year.
These wooden toys with a plastic ball ramp were included in Lovevery’s Babbler Play Kits, which are designed for kids ages 13 months and up. The recalled Ball Run toys have a wooden knob on the door, do not have a Lovevery logo on the bottom, and do not have a green sticker on the inside wall of the door with the wooden knob. The recalled product was sold online at lovevery.com from June-November 2023 for around $120 per kit.
The toy was recalled after Lovevery received 33 reports of the wooden knob on the door detaching during shipping and six reports of the knob detaching after shipment. No injuries have been reported.
Consumers with a recalled ball run should immediately take it away from kids and contact Lovevery for a free replacement. They will receive a free replacement after registering on the company’s website, removing and marking the affected door with a specific case number, uploading a photo of their marked door to recallrtr.com/ballrun, and affirming that the door will be disposed of in the trash.
