The LEGO Group and Finnish game studio Fingersoft have unleashed a new collaboration: a LEGO-themed version of the hit single-player exploration game Hill Climb Racing. In LEGO Hill Climb Adventures, players can unlock various vehicles and items from both the Hill Climb Racing and LEGO universes, and use them to explore new areas in the virtual world of Climb Canyon.
“We saw so much excitement for LEGO Hill Climb Adventures during the testing phase, which kicked off in early 2023,” explains Tina Walsh, Head of Branded Games at LEGO GAME. “Through this, we learned a lot about the play experience and have taken the learnings to ensure the game is packed full of fun, creativity, and — of course — crazy hills to climb. We hope everyone has as much fun playing it as we did making it with Fingersoft.”
Founded in 2012, Fingersoft is most famously known for its Hill Climb Racing mobile games, which have accumulated over 2 billion downloads across their platforms. “From the beginning, we saw a clear audience overlap and an exciting opportunity to deliver new play experiences for our fans,” adds Jaakko Kylmäoja, CEO of Fingersoft. “LEGO Hill Climb Adventures truly combines the best of both brands. This has been an iconic partnership that we couldn’t be more proud of.”
LEGO Hill Climb Adventures is now available worldwide for free (with in-app purchases) on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
