Supercell is bringing the brawl to retail shelves thanks to an updated and expanded licensing partnership with Wildbrain.

The Finnish video game company Supercell is behind other massive names in the video game IP arena such as Clash of Clans. Supercell’s IP Brawl Stars is an online battle and third-person shooter video game, responsible for $2 billion in lifetime revenue. Wildbrain has had success with a limited Brawl Stars licensing merch program across Asia and Europe and is already a partner in the licensing programs for Supercell’s World of Clash franchise.

WildBrain will represent the global licensing rights, exclusive of China, for Brawl Stars. This new cross-category licensing program for Brawl Stars will bring a wider variety of consumer goods to market, including toys, apparel, publishing, and more.

Brawl Stars is one of the biggest mobile games in the world and we’re excited to be bringing a huge licensing program to markets across the globe in partnership with Supercell,” says Wildbrain Executive Vice President, Global Partnerships & Licensing Maarten Weck. “With gaming brands in popular demand, powerhouse IPs like The World of Clash and Brawl Stars, where the number of players is growing daily, means they are set for long-term consumer products growth.”
