Wondery Kids x Wow in the World Consumer Products is expanding with new licensing partners in Tonies and Goliath.
Wow in the World is an educational podcast created by Tinkercast, designed to be enjoyed by kids as well as their guardians. Hosted by Guy Raz and Mindy Thomas, each episode covers new stories in the world of science and technology. Thames & Kosmos signed on to develop toys for Wow in the World just recently, and now two new partners are joining the list of licensees. Tonies and Goliath will both create new products for the podcast.
Podcasts complement families’ daily routines and Wondery is committed to developing exciting ways for kids and their grown-ups to further engage with their favorite podcasts. By onboarding innovative new products from tonies and Goliath, we are scaling up our scope of offerings and extending one of the most popular kids and family podcasts, Wow in the World, into a true Consumer Products franchise.
Tonies will release physical, screen-free audio products this fall. Goliath will also launch several interactive products across the categories of toys and games. More details regarding the companies’ new offerings will be revealed this fall ahead of their launch.
“Everything we do at Tinkercast and with Wow in the World is intended to inspire awe, laughter, and learning,” says Meredith Halpern-Ranzer, CEO, Tinkercast. “We are so proud to bring more WOW to kids’ worlds through toys, games, and listening experiences that connect imagination to physical play and kids to their grownups through the upcoming Consumer Products line.”
