Following on from its Wallabee Day celebrations at the end of last month, English footwear label Clarks has joined forces with Civilist, a Berlin-based skate shop and streetwear boutique, for a fresh take on its classic shoes.
Built for the Spring/Summer 2024 season, the joint lineup includes two co-branded iterations of Clarks' Wallabee model and one version of the Trek Mule silhouette. Both shoes feature debossed designs depicting Civilist's various logos from over the last several years alongside scribbles from the label's team members. While both silhouettes are available in black suede, the Wallabee also comes in a Civilist-exclusive purple shade with a tonal deboss.
A cult Clarks classic, the Wallabee boasts a moccasin structure with comfort-first lace-up functionality. The shoe's suede upper sits atop a natural rubber sole, and two Clarks fobs dangle off the side of the silhouette from the upper-most eyelet. The Trek Mule, meanwhile, dons a slip-on build with a polished buckle, a statement tassel and signature fob iconography. Similarly, the design resides on a contoured rubber sole.
The Clarks x Civilist collection is set to launch on May 3 via Clarks' webstore, with sizes ranging from 5 to 13. The Wallabee will be priced at $180 USD, while the Trek Mule will go for $170 USD. Take a look at the designs in the gallery above.
