Fuggler, the brand behind the funny-ugly monsters Fugglers, is partnering with PMI Kids’ World.
PMI Kids’ World is known for its collectible licensed offerings. Its portfolio includes a recent deal with Mojang Studios for Minecraft products, Stumble Guys, Pudgy Penguins, and more. Now, the toy maker will bring Fugglers to market in a new way, with a new exclusive global collectibles deal.
PMI is known for [its] expertise in introducing innovative and accessible collectibles and toy products to consumers on a global scale, and [its] passion for quality, innovation, and pricing is second to none.
PMI will produce a collection of Fuggler products including collectible figures, keychains, stampers, pencil toppers, advent calendars, and interactive toys. PMI will maintain the Fugglers’ signature human-like teeth and “BUTT-on” hole with its new product offerings.
The Fuggler brand, a trademark of Spin Master under exclusive license globally with Libertas Brands, features stuffed creatures with a twist on traditional cute toys. Each Fuggler has a name and personal story, as well as a mouth full of realistic-looking teeth. They were originally envisioned by Mrs. McGettrick, who found the idea of dentures on teddy bears amusing.
Fuggler’s plush have seen more than 8 million units sold worldwide. “Fugglers are impossible not to love, and their recent sell-out success in retailers around the world, including Walmart, Kmart [Australia], and Tesco [UK], is a testament to that,” says Omer Dekel, CEO of PMI Kids’ World.
