The city of Los Angeles is home to brands of many sizes and styles, though none champion Mexican-American culture quite like Paisa Boys does. From in-your-face graphic tees covered in local references to piteado belts, the label continues to be embraced for staying true to its roots. Now, it's teaming up with Nike to bring its signature flair to the world.
After announcing the partnership last week, Paisa Boys shared a teaser of what's to come from the duo -- featuring takes on both the Air Force 1 Low and Cortez. Each silhouette has been embraced by Los Angeles for decades, with the Cortez as a staple of the city since the '80s. The two-image preview notably lacks much detail, however, it has been revealed that each design utilizes a black and white color scheme with decorative patterns spread throughout the uppers.
At the time of writing, neither Paisa Boys nor Nike have disclosed any release details regarding their forthcoming collaborations across the Air Force 1 Low and Cortez silhouettes. Stay tuned for updates as both pairs are likely to hit shelves in the months to come via Nike, Paisa Boys and select retailers.
