The Sims is coming to tabletops for the first time. Leaving the family desktop computer for family game night, the board game is the result of a partnership between The Sims and Goliath. The iconic video game turns 25 this year.
“We’re honored to be selected as a partner to create the first-ever board game for The Sims,” says Jochanan Golad, Goliath CEO. “It’s an incredible opportunity to collaborate with EA to bring a new innovative way to live The Sims. This partnership represents a perfect blend of Goliath’s expertise in creating engaging physical games and The Sims’ legacy as a multi-generational cultural and gaming icon.”
The board game promises to take the spirit of The Sims — creativity, self-expression, and more — offline. The pop culture phenomenon is the No. 1 game in the life simulation category and has had more than 500 lifetime players in its 25 years.
“2025 is a big year for The Sims as we celebrate its 25th birthday. We’re excited to work with incredible partners like Goliath, who are delivering the perfect immersive board game experience,” says Lyndsay Pearson, The Sims VP Franchise Creative. “This is another way to expand The Sims world and engage our incredible fanbase as we grow The Sims entertainment platform.”

The Sims board game will line the toy shelves of major retailers this fall. Get a first look at the new game at Toy Fair, March 1-4. Goliath will be at booth No. 2421, where the company is also launching its new toys and games: themed collections of Jelly Blox, which include a tractor vehicle set, a farm friends assortment, a dump truck, a construction site, and a classic castle — all for ages 2 and up — and series 2 of Tasty Tinies Bake Shop, a fan-favorite of kids ages 5 and up and their families. Fans of Tasty Tinies Bake Shop can look forward to a Petite Bakery and gingerbread cookies for Holiday 2025.
“We’re cranking up the fun and pushing the boundaries even further in 2025!,” says Brian “B-Weezy” Weiss, Global Head of Toys. “Imagination and creativity is the secret sauce behind both our games and toys lines and we take so much pride in that.”
Goliath will also be showing new line-ups for Animagic, including Let’s Glo Capybara, plus Wow in the World. Visitors of the booth can see Clickeez, a single keyboard key that clicks and clacks like a real keyboard. Single Clickeez fidget toys connect to each other, letting collectors connect their favorite characters, create their own keyboards and keychains, and take the toy on the go. Two packs, multipacks, controllers, and megapacks will all be released this fall.
Toys aren’t the only new products: Goliath will debut five crime-themed games, the skil and action Don’t Wake Daddy, several family games, two party games, and the Lucky Duck game Critter Kitchen.
