
Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) continues to grow its network by announcing pivotal developments in its leadership positions. With four newly appointed members, WiT will continue to empower women in the toy industry and fuel growth and innovation in the global marketplace.

WiT welcomes Angelina Castro and Janice Ross to their respective leadership roles. Castro, former Interim Executive Director, will hold the Executive Director title and continue driving WiT’s missions by strengthening the organization’s initiatives. Ross, the newly appointed Business Development Advisor, will be responsible for building partnerships and ensuring sustainability by diversifying revenue streams.

In addition to staff positions, WiT announces that its Board of Directors will be elevated with two new members. Kristin Lecour, vice president of consumer products and Canadian distribution for 9 Story Media Group, will enter her second term as a board member and will continue acting as the Co-Chair of the WiT Foundation’s Scholarship Committee. Nancy Molenda, vice president of global corporate events and philanthropy for Mattel, is joining as a new member while maintaining her position as Co-Chair of the Wonder Women Awards.
