Bode is building up momentum on its upcoming Nike collaboration. First revealed in the lookbook for its Fall 2024 collection, Emily Adams Bode Aujla herself has been spotted wearing the collaboration, leading up to the release. The Bode x Nike Astro Grabber first unveiled in a black colorway and has now debuted in another cream-like vintage hue.
The 1970s model has never been re-released until now. Said to be one of Nike's earliest models, the football shoe was designed by Nike Co-Founder Bill Bowerman and features a waffle outsole made specifically for playing on astroturf. Different from the previous colorway, the second one appears to be dressed in a canvas-like material, arriving in a vintage inspired cream hue featuring a black Swoosh. The laces appear to feature beaded details in various colors, intertwined with the lacing.
It is still uncertain when the Bode x Nike Astro Grabber will release but it is expected to only arrive in two colorways so far. The shoe is expected to release sometime this year. Stay tuned for more information.
