Kohl’s and WHP Global, the owner of the Babies “R” Us brand, are teaming up to bring baby gear, furniture, and more to Kohl’s starting this summer.
Through this fall, Kohl’s expects to launch Babies “R” Us at 200 locations. Parents will also be able to shop for baby products on kohls.com and create and share gift lists using the Babies “R” Us at Kohl’s Registry. The Kohl’s Babies “R” Us shops will range from 750-2,500 square feet of space filled with baby gear, bathtime products, baby safety products, and more. These sections of the stores will be adjacent to Kohl’s existing variety of baby apparel and products from brands like Graco, Chicco, Boppy, Skip Hop, Delta Children, Fisher-Price, and Carter’s.
Evolving our assortment and bringing more relevant products to the millions of customers we serve is a core focus as we continue to deliver on Kohl’s broader growth strategy. We see significant opportunity in the baby gear category, and partnering with Babies 'R' Us is another example of how we are finding new ways to optimize our assortment and further establish Kohl’s as the go-to brand for families.
Kohl’s Rewards members will earn rewards on all Babies “R” Us purchases both in-store and online. They will also be able to earn and redeem Kohl’s Cash on all merchandise.
This is not the first in-store collaboration for Kohl’s. The department store also houses in-store Sephora locations.
The first Babies “R” Us shops will open in Kohl’s this August.
