One of the sneaker industry's most intriguing storylines heading into 2024 was the Air Jordan 4 RM (aka "Remix"). Rumored as a new low-top version of the Air Jordan 4, the first of its kind, it was spotted early on in the year and ended up launching via two Nigel Sylvester-approved colorways that flew off of shelves. The subsequent in-line drops were not met with the same fervor, however, there's no denying that the silhouette has made an impact and it remains a focal point for the Jumpman team as new colorways continue to surface.
Now, it would seem that the Air Jordan 4 will be joined by another Air Jordan in taking on the "RM" treatment as a new report from Sneaker Files states that an Air Jordan 7 RM is on the way for 2025. Unlike the Air Jordan 4, the Air Jordan 7 already has a "Low" version and is also coming off of a rather quiet run, last appearing in its "Chambray" colorway back in July of 2023. Based on the initial mock-up of the Air Jordan 7 RM that is pictured above, it will build atop a typical AJ7 sole, presenting a new mixed material upper that is said to be arriving in a black and red colorway similar to this.
At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not yet indicated that an Air Jordan 7 RM will be releasing in 2025. Stay tuned for updates, including a first look at the rumored silhouette, as it is currently expected to land on shelves during the fall of 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a currently unknown price point.
