Next year will bring a special collaboration that has the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles team up with adidas to release a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x adidas Superstar Shelltoe collaboration. Recently reported by Complex, here is a first look at one of the pairs from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x adidas Superstar Shelltoe collab.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x adidas Superstar Shelltoe is a nod to the Superstar’s “Shelltoe” moniker as it pays homage to your favorite childhood heroes in a half shell. A release that celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x adidas Superstar Shelltoe will most likely include four different colorways to choose from, each inspired by the four turtle brothers we know as Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo. Details include Green uppers inspired by the overall appearance of the Ninja Turtles paired up with a uniquely designed turtle shell pattern on the shell toe. Each pair will incorporate unique details to help each pair stand out from the rest. These details include items such as the monogram lace charms representing each turtle, custom insoles, and hidden “Ninja Power!” text beneath the tongue. Adding to the nostalgia of the release is the special packaging that’s similar to the ones you’ll find on an action figure you buy at your local toy store. Three sets of laces, White midsoles, Gum outsole, dual branding on the tongues and insoles, and even altered Trefoil branding on the heels are all welcomed additions to the design of the sneaker. As an added bonus, the sneakers will also come with an exclusive TMNT comic book for that that appreciate extras with their kicks.

As of right now, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x adidas Superstar Shelltoe collab is to make its debut during the Spring of 2024 at select adidas Originals retailers and on adidas.com. Retail is set at $130.
