WowWee is continuing its efforts to expand the Fingerlings brand with two new offerings.
Fingerlings were first released in 2017, with a relaunch last year, both featuring baby monkey characters. Now, the brand is readying for the launch of the new Fingerlings Sweet Tweets Birds on March 5.

Much like the baby monkeys, these new Fingerlings can sense when they are on or off a kid’s finger. The tech toys feature more than 40 sounds and reactions — plenty of interaction to keep kids entertained. Kids can press the wing buttons to see the rainbow feather crest flip up, or hold them down to record secret messages that the bird will play back. There are two color options for kids to choose from: Debbie the pink bird and Lionel the blue bird.
The relaunch of the original Fingerlings introduced four new baby monkey characters, fuzzy fur on the Fingerlings’ heads, and a posable tail so kids can have their Fingerlings hang down or sit up.
The new Fingerlings Sweet Tweets Interactive Birds are designed for kids ages 5 and up and are available for preorder now on Amazon. The birds are also coming soon to Toys “R” Us at Macy’s and Walmart, and will make their show debut at The Toy Insider‘s Spring Fling event on March 14.
