Update: There's been no shortage of colorways for Devin Booker's debut signature shoe, the Nike BOOK 1. However, only a select range has arrived on the market thus far. As the rollout of the sneaker continues, we're finally seeing its "Python" colorway grace shelves next month. Teased last month, the unique finish sees a python-inspired upper combine with a white midsole and gum outsole. Release is set for September 12 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a $150 USD price point.
Original Story: Devin Booker and Nike carry on the snakeskin theme with the reveal of the upcoming Nike Book 1 "Python," slated to arrive later this fall. The all-over snakeskin print gives the shoe a luxe aesthetic, elevated by the python texture. The original silhouette is informed by classic Swoosh models like the Air Force 1 and Air Jordan 1 and features cream accents throughout and on the laces. The tongue tag reads "Chapter One" while the pull tab features "96" to give a nod to Booker's birth year. It is constructed with Zoom Air cushioning as well as a full-length Cushlon 2.0 foam for comfort. Look out for the shoe coming in September.
