After teasing their collaboration at an exclusive pop-up in London, British footwear label notwoways has announced its partnership with local MC and grime artist JME. The artist debuts his first signature model with blacked-out accents, aligning with JME's disruptive musical taste.
The HKE JME Ultimate merges technical functionality through a futuristic lens, crafting rain-resistant kicks for gloomy English weather conditions. Designed to combat seasonal changes, the chunky model arrives in a black mesh base with tonal waterproof overlays. Padded collars and rubberized mudguards deliver increased support and protection, while toggled laces can be easily adjusted in the big city.
Finally, shortened notwoways branding is woven into the forefoot paneling, completing the design with text-driven tongue tags and grooved outsoles packed with gripping technology for UK downpours.
