The original Nike Kobe 4 Philly made its debut back in 2009. Now Nike is set release a Protro version of the release close to 15 years later.
The Nike Kobe 4 Protro Philly pays tribute to the roots of the NBA legend as Kobe Bryant was born and raised in the city of Philadelphia. The Nike Kobe 4 Protro Philly gets done in Varsity Royal, White, and University Red color scheme that consists of an upper covered in different shades of Blue decorated with 3M reflective stars on the ankle collar, Kobe’s logo on the tongue while his signature appears on the lateral side. Other notable features come by way of the visible Flywire technology, Red accents throughout, a White rubber sole and White/Red tow-tone laces. Lastly, the insoles house Kobe Bryant’s birthdate, 8-23-78.
